Paragraph 2 Notice of start and completion of commissioningI1

Notice of the intended start of commissioning of the authorised development must be given to the relevant planning authority no later than fourteen days prior to the date that commissioning is started.

Notice of the intended date of final commissioning of each of Work Nos.1 and 6 must be given to the relevant planning authority no later than fourteen days prior to the date of final commissioning.
