Paragraph 34 Approved details and amendments to themI1

All details submitted for the approval of the relevant planning authority under these Requirements must reflect the principles set out in the documents certified under article 45 (certification of plans etc.).

With respect to any requirement which requires the authorised development to be carried out in accordance with the details approved by the relevant planning authority, the approved details are to be taken to include any amendments that may subsequently be approved by the relevant planning authority.
