In this Schedule any reference to—
(a)
“Sembcorp” means the same as the definition of “Sembcorp” in Part 17 of Schedule 12 of the Order; and
(b)
“TG entities” means the same as the definition of “NSMP entity” in Part 28 of Schedule 12 of the Order.
