In regulation 25—

(a)

in paragraph (2)—

(i)

after “2020” insert, “, the second report must be published on or before 9th May 2022”;

(ii)

for “biennial intervals” substitute “intervals not exceeding five years”;

(b)

in paragraph (4), in the opening text, for “that Act” substitute “the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015^f1”.
