Article 3 Functions of NHSU

Subject to and in accordance with such directions as the Secretary of State may give to NHSU^f1 NHSU shall perform—

(a)

such functions relating to the provision of learning so as to promote or secure the effective provision of services under the Act; and

(b)

such other functions,

as the Secretary of State may direct.
