Regulation 8 Amendment of Part 6

Part 6 (Closed periods for spreading nitrogen fertiliser) is amended as follows.

For paragraph (a) of regulation 27 (exemptions for organic holdings), substitute—

“(a)

crops specified in the table in Schedule 3 (permitted crops for the closed period), or”.
