Part 1 of the Schedule provides the requirements a school must comply with as a condition of approval by the Secretary of State^f1 under section 342(1) of the 1996 Act.

(2)

Part 2 of the Schedule provides the requirements a school must comply with while approved under section 342(1) of the 1996 Act.
