Paragraph 46 Flood warning and evacuation planI1

No part of the authorised development shall come into operation until details of a flood warning and evacuation plan has been submitted to and approved by the relevant planning authority. The authorised development shall only be occupied and operated in accordance with the approved flood warning and evacuation plan.
