No part of the authorised development shall be carried out until details of the siting, design and layout of the highway works comprised in Work Nos. 4 and 8 have after consultation with the relevant planning authority and highway authority been submitted to and approved by the relevant planning authority.

The approved Works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
