Paragraph 11 I1

Prior to any works commencing below the level of mean high water springs (meaning the average of high water heights occurring at the time of spring tides), the licence holder must submit detailed method statements to the MMO for approval for each stage of works at least 4 weeks prior to the commencement of works.

All works must be undertaken in accordance with agreed and approved method statements.
