Paragraph 3 I1

Except for paragraphs 4 (apparatus in stopped up streets), 9 (retained apparatus: protection: electricity undertakers), 11 (expenses) and 12 (indemnity), this Schedule does not apply to apparatus in respect of which the relations between the undertaker and the protected person are regulated by the provisions of Part 3 of the 1991 Act (as if this Order did not apply).
