Paragraph 1 Reserve and Auxiliary Forces (Protection of Civil Interests) Act 1951I1

The Reserve and Auxiliary Forces (Protection of Civil Interests) Act 1951^f1 is amended as follows.

In Schedule 2 (capacities in respect of which payments may be made under Part 5, and paying authorities), in Part 1, after paragraph 6^f2 insert—

“

6A Member of the staff of a probation trust or of two or more probation trusts

The probation trust or, as the case may be, the probation trusts acting jointly.

”
