(1)

The Offshore Installations (Logbooks and Registration of Death) Regulations 1972f1 shall be amended as follows.

(2)

In place of the reference to the Department of Trade and Industry in regulation 1(2) there shall be substituted a reference to the Health and Safety Executive.

(3)

In place of the reference to the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry in regulation 5 there shall be substituted a reference to the Health and Safety Executive.
