The Offshore Installations (Inspectors and Casualties) Regulations 1973f1 shall be amended as follows.
In place of the references to the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry in regulations 10(a), (b) and (c), the reference to the Secretary of State in regulation 11 and the references to the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry in regulations 12(2)(b) and 14(2) there shall be substituted references to the Health and Safety Executive.

The functions conferred on the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry by the instruments referred to in regulations 2-5 were transferred to the Secretary of State by the Secretary of State (New Departments) Order 1974 (S.I. 1974/692); article 5of that Order made consequential provision in relation to references to the Department of Trade and Industry.
