Regulation 2 InterpretationI1

In these Regulations—

• “the 1962 Act” means the Pipe-lines Act 1962^f1;

• “the 1971 Act” means the Mineral Workings (Offshore Installations) Act 1971^f2;

• “the 1974 Act” means the Health and Safety at Work etc.Act 1974^f3;

• “the 1975 Act” means the Petroleum and Submarine Pipe-lines Act 1975^f4;

• “the 1987 Act” means the Petroleum Act 1987^f5;

• “the Executive” means the Health and Safety Executive.
