Article 4 Eligible stocks
(1)
A stock is an eligible stock where it comprises—
(a)
crude liquid petroleum which has been produced; or
(b)
an eligible petroleum product.
(2)
An eligible stock includes any biofuel or additive which has been blended with that stock.
