Article 6 Eligibility requirements for biofuels and additives
The requirements referred to in article 3(2)(a) are that—
(a)
a biofuel or additive (“B”) is held with the intention by P of blending B with a stock of an eligible petroleum product (“C”) of P; and
(b)
the ratio of B to C is such that when B is blended with C, C may be used as a transport fuel.
