Paragraph 2 Requirements for all applications for authorisation
(1)
An application must include—
(a)
the identity and contact details of the applicant;
(b)
except in the case of an international storage arrangement or a delegation arrangement, the identity and contact details of—
(i)
the person who intends to rely on that stock in order to comply with a direction; and
(ii)
the person who will hold stock under the arrangement;
(c)
the period for which stock will be held under the arrangement;
(d)
except in the case of a United Kingdom ticket arrangement, the location at which the stock will be held.
(2)
An application must identify whether the stock will be held in the form of—
(a)
crude liquid petroleum; or
(b)
an eligible petroleum product.
