No part of the authorised development may be commenced until the undertaker has notified the Defence Geographic Centre of the Ministry of Defence of—
the precise location of the authorised development with grid co-ordinates;
the proposed date of commencement of construction;
the height above ground level (in metres) of the tallest structure; and
the maximum extension height (in metres) of any construction equipment.
The undertaker must ensure that the main stack is fitted at the highest practicable point of the structure with an aviation warning omni-directional red light or equivalent infra-red light with a minimum intensity of 25 candela.
The undertaker must notify the Defence Geographic Centre of the Ministry of Defence of the date of completion of the construction of the authorised development within 28 days of completion.
