Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Rules may be cited as the Parole Board (Scotland) Amendment Rules 1998 and shall come into force on 1st September 1998.

(2)

In these Rules–

  • “the 1993 Rules” means the Parole Board (Scotland) Rules 1993f1; and

  • “the 1995 Rules” means the Parole Board (Scotland) Rules 1995f2.
