Article 112 Copies available to the comptroller

This rule applies where an applicant is not required to file a copy of an application at the Patent Office because that application or a copy of that application is available to the comptroller.

Where this rule applies the comptroller shall make a copy (or further copy) of that application and certify it accordingly.
