Paragraph 18

United Kingdom

The repeal by this Act of section 26 of the M1Social Security Act 1985 (disapplication of requirement that regulations be referred to the Board in the case of certain regulations made shortly after the commencement of that Act) shall not affect the validity of any regulations to which that section applied.
