In Article 85 (codes of practice), in paragraph (2)—

I1(a)

in sub-paragraph (aa), after “test” insert “ , the employer insolvency test or the employer resources test ”;

I2(b)

after sub-paragraph (b) insert—

“(ba)
the discharge of the duties imposed by Article 64A (duty to give notices and statements to the Regulator in respect of certain events);”.
