in sub-paragraph (a), after “34B,” insert “ 34D or 34F (as the case may be) ”;

(b)

in sub-paragraph (b), for “paragraph (2) of that Article” substitute “ Article 34B(2), 34D(2) and (3) or 34F(2) (as the case may be) ”.
