Paragraph 13 I1

In section 93 (Regulator’s procedure in relation to its regulatory functions), in subsection (2), after paragraph (pe) (but before the “and” that follows it) insert—

“(pf)

the power to issue a notice under section 86(1)(k) of the Pension Schemes Act 2026 (Regulator notice triggering event of concern for superfund);

(pg)

the power to give a direction under section 90 of the Pension Schemes Act 2026 (directions in relation to superfund during period of concern);”.
