Paragraph 14 I1

In section 97 (special procedure: applicable cases), in subsection (5), after paragraph (tk) insert—

“(tl)

the power under section 63 or 94 of the Pension Schemes Act 2026 to withdraw authorisation from a superfund;

(tm)

the power under section 78(8) or 80(8) of the Pension Schemes Act 2026 to suspend or revoke its approval for a person to be responsible for a key function in relation to a superfund or to be a trustee of a superfund scheme;

(tn)

the power to issue a notice under section 86(1)(k) of the Pension Schemes Act 2026 (Regulator notice triggering event of concern for superfund);

(to)

the power to give a direction under section 90 of the Pension Schemes Act 2026 (directions in relation to superfund during period of concern);”.
