Paragraph 18 I1

Section 224 (actuarial valuations and reports) is amended as follows.

After subsection (7A) insert—

“(7B)

Where the scheme in question is a superfund scheme, the trustees must, as soon as reasonably practicable after receiving an actuarial report, send a copy of it to the Regulator together with such other information as may be prescribed.”

In subsection (8), for “or (7A)” substitute “, (7A) or (7B)”.
