Article 1 Citation and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Pensions Act 2004 (Commencement No. 2, Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Order 2005.

In this Order—

• “the 1993 Act” means the Pension Schemes Act 1993^f1;

• “the 1995 Act” means the Pensions Act 1995^f2;

• “the Act” means the Pensions Act 2004.
