Article 1 Citation and interpretation

(1)

This Order may be cited as the Pensions Act 2004 (Commencement No.3, Transitional Provisions and Amendment) Order 2005.

(2)

In this Order—

“the Act” means the Pensions Act 2004;
“the 1993 Act” means the Pension Schemes Act 1993 M1;
“the 1995 Act” means the Pensions Act 1995 M2; and
“the Authority” means the Occupational Pensions Regulatory Authority established by section 1 of the 1995 Act.
