Paragraph 3 I1

Paragraph 4 of Schedule 7 to the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 (Lord Chancellor's protected functions) is amended as follows.

In the entries relating to the Judicial Pensions Act 1981 at the appropriate place insert “ Section 33ZA. ”

In the entries relating to the Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993 at the appropriate place insert “ Section 9A. ”

In the entries relating to the District Judges (Magistrates' Courts) Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 1960 at the appropriate place insert “ Section 8A. ”
