Paragraph 4 I1

In section 9A of the Sheriffs' Pensions (Scotland) Act 1961 (appeals) after subsection (4) insert—

“(4A)

Regulations under subsection (3) are to be made by statutory instrument.

(4B)

A statutory instrument containing regulations under subsection (3) is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.”
