Article 41 Amendment of the Social Security (Payments on Account of Benefit) Regulations 2013

The Social Security (Payments on Account of Benefit) Regulations 2013f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 3 (definition of “benefit”) after paragraph (1)(f) insert—
“(g)a state pension under Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2014.”.
(3)
In regulation 7(3) (definition of financial need) for “to (f)” substitute “to (g)”.
