an application is made before the date of coming into force of this Order for an authorisation in respect of a pipeline under Part 3 of that Act; and

that application was not determined or withdrawn by that date.

is not affected by this Order; and

if the application is granted, is an authorisation made under Part 3 of the Petroleum Act 1998.
