In this Order—

“the Act” means the Petroleum Act 1998;
“the current model clauses” has the meaning assigned thereto by section 5(1) of the Act.

(2)

In Part I of a Schedule to this Order, unless the context otherwise requires—

(a)

any reference to a paragraph is a reference to a paragraph of that Part of that Schedule;

(b)

any reference to Part II is a reference to Part II of that Schedule.
