Section 228 Review of ActI1 I2 C1

(1)

The Department must—

(a)

not later than 3 years after the commencement of Part 3 of this Act, and

(b)

at least once in every period of 5 years thereafter,

review and publish a report on the implementation of this Act.

(2)

Regulations under this section shall set out the terms of the review.
