in paragraph (a), omit “in relation to England,”;

(b)

omit paragraph (b) and the “and” before it.

in sub-paragraphs (1)(b), (2)(b), (3), (4) and (4A), for “appropriate body” substitute “Forestry Commission”;

(b)

omit sub-paragraph (6).
