In section 28(5) of the Environment (Principles, Governance and Biodiversity Targets) (Wales) Act 2026—
(a)
for paragraph (a) substitute—
“(a)section 374, 376 or 377 of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026,”;
(b)
omit paragraph (c) (but not the “or” after it).
