In section 106(1) of the Mission and Pastoral Measure 2011—

(a)

in the definition of “listed building” and “conservation area”—

(i)

after ““conservation area”” insert

in relation to Wales, have the meanings given by section 210 of the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023;”;

(b)

in the definition of “local planning authority”—

after ““local planning authority”” insert

in relation to England,”;

(ii)

after the paragraph (a) created by that amendment insert—

“(b)
in relation to Wales, means a planning authority within the meaning given by section 7 of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026;”.
