Paragraph 14 Directions that planning permission is deemed to be grantedI1

Where an enactment refers to a direction under Chapter 8 of Part 3 of the principal Act granting planning permission for the development of land in Wales, the reference is to be read as including a direction that such permission is deemed to be granted that has been given under section 90 of TCPA 1990 before that Chapter comes into force.

Where an enactment refers to a direction under section 5 of the Pipe-lines Act 1962 (c. 58) that planning permission is granted for the development of land in Wales, the reference is to be read as including a direction that such permission is deemed to be granted that has been given under that section before paragraph 48 of Schedule 2 to this Act comes into force.
