Paragraph 4 Revision of order after adoptionI1

A planning authority may at any time revise a local development order made by the authority.

If the Welsh Ministers direct a planning authority to revise a local development order, the authority must revise the order in accordance with the timetable (if any) set out in the direction.

Section 45 and this Schedule apply to the revision of a local development order as they apply to the preparation of the order.
