(1)
Regulations may make provision in connection with the preparation, submission, approval, adoption, withdrawal, revision and revocation of a local development order.
(2)
The regulations may, in particular, make provision about—
(a)
notification and publicity;
(b)
consultation with and participation by persons specified in the regulations;
(c)
making and considering representations;
(d)
making documents available for public inspection.
