Paragraph 1 Replacement of inspectorI1

Where an inspector has been appointed to exercise functions under regulations made under section 53 (pre-application services) in relation to a proposed application under section 78 or 80, the Welsh Ministers may at any time—
(a)
revoke the inspector’s appointment, and
(b)
appoint another inspector to exercise the functions.
