Paragraph 6 Replacement of inspectorI1
England and Wales Not yet in force
At any time before an inspector has determined an application made under section 78 or 80, the Welsh Ministers may—
(a)
revoke the inspector’s appointment, and
(b)
appoint another inspector to determine the application.
