Section 32 Review of planI1

(1)

A plan-making authority must carry out a review of its plan—

(a)

if, after consideration under section 31, it considers that the plan should be reviewed;

(b)

at any other time specified in regulations.

(2)

The authority must—

(a)

report the findings of the review to the Welsh Ministers, and

(b)

publish the report.
