Regulation 3 Amendment of the Plant Protection Products (Fees) Regulations 1995

In so far as they extend to England and Wales, Regulation 2 of the Plant Protection Products (Fees) Regulations 1995 M1 shall be amended by substituting for the definition of “principal Regulations" the following definition—

““principal Regulations" means the Plant Protection Products Regulations 1995 as amended by—

(a)

the Plant Protection Products (Amendment) Regulations 1997 M2;

(b)

the Plant Protection Products (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1997 M3;

(c)

the Plant Protection Products (Amendment) Regulations 2001 M4;”.
