Section 26 The Scilly Isles.

England and Wales

(1)

For the purposes of the application of this Part of this Act to the Isles of Scilly—

(a)

the Isles shall be treated as if they were a county; and

(b)

references to the council of a county F1. . .shall be construed as references to the Council of the Isles . . .
