The Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 33 of the Police Act 1964^f1, and after furnishing a draft of the Regulations to the Police Advisory Board for England and Wales in accordance with section 46(3) of that Act^f2, hereby makes the following Regulations:
