Regulation 2 Amendment to the Police (Promotion) Regulations 1996

The Police (Promotion) Regulations 1996f1 are amended in accordance with these Regulations.
(2)
In paragraph 5(1) of Schedule 1, insert “(1B),” after “sub-paragraphs”.
(3)
In paragraph 5(1A) of Schedule 1, insert “(1B),” after “sub-paragraphs”.
(4)
After paragraph 5(1A) of Schedule 1, insert-
“(1B)A constable who is participating in the HPD Scheme is eligible to take Part I of the qualifying assessment for promotion to the rank of sergeant.”
