In section 7(1) of the Acquisition of Land (Authorisation Procedure)(Scotland) Act 1947f1 (interpretation), in the definition of “statutory undertakers”, at the end are inserted the words “, or a universal service provider (within the meaning of the Postal Services Act 2000) in connection with the provision of a universal postal service (within the meaning of that Act)”.
