The European Parliamentary Elections (Northern Ireland) Regulations 1986^f1 is amended as follows.

In regulation 5(3) (application of certain provisions for Assembly elections) for the words “they apply” are substituted the words “it applies”.

(3)

In Schedule 1 (application of provisions of the Representation of the People Acts), after the entry relating to section 200, insert in the left-hand column, “Section 200A (remuneration for free postal services provided under Act)”.
